Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. We do not offer international delivery under this policy.

Cost and timing

All United States orders receive free shipping. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, estimated transit time is 4–6 business days. Business days exclude weekends and recognized carrier holidays.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information is provided after shipment. Carrier events, severe weather, peak periods, and an incorrect or incomplete address can affect delivery. Contact us promptly if tracking shows an unexpected delay, an order arrives damaged, or a package is missing.

Address changes and cancellation

Address changes and cancellations can be requested before shipment. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered fulfillment. Once shipped, returns are handled under the Refund Policy.
